Bio
Kendra Curry-Khanna is the Founding Partner of Reflector Lab, a values-based strategy practice serving nationwide non-profits. Kendra served as Executive Director of 826CHI, a youth creative writing and publishing organization. Prior to that, she led Education at Artpace in San Antonio, Texas. Throughout her career, she has worked in art and social practice across the globe—including Marfa, Austin, and San Antonio, Texas; Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico; El Pital, Honduras; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; and Baltimore, MD.
Her experience spans a wide range of organizational contexts—from major institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art and the Chinati Foundation to deeply rooted, community-based organizations, including the Laboratorio de Investigación de Educación Artística and the Riverside Arts Center.
Kendra holds an M.A. in Art Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.F.A. in Sculpture from the Maryland Institute College of Art. She is an artist who has exhibited her work in galleries across the United States and in Mexico, and she has served extensively as a teaching artist and artist-in-residence in a range of educational and community settings.
In addition to executive leadership, Kendra has served on various nonprofit boards and advisory councils. She is currently Board President of the Riverside Arts Center and serves on the Board of the Chicago Learning Exchange.
She lives in Riverside, Illinois, with her husband and two daughters.
